Pointer Remote for PowerPoint and Keynote App Reviews

Downloaded this morning. Just finished my first presentation with it. It works like a charm… for a price less than a coffee... VERY NICE!! Just a suggestion: may we have the "Prev" & "Next" box on the top (much more easy to tap on...)? Thanks for this little gem.

I bought it right away as it is for powerpoint but it does not work on windows!!! I strongly encourage to mention it plainly and not embedded in a one-page description, right now i smell deception.

Using the application, the pointer does not work correctly: on a MBP even if using PPoint or Keynote, the pointer appears and disappears, has bad movement on the screen. Unfortunately there was not the try&buy option. Nice idea

Doesn’t work at all on 10.9. Tried several times but no response, with iPhone hanging after recognizing MacBook to connect with.

I shouldnt have download this app ! I tried many times to make it work following all the instructions .. I dont know if I did something wrong but an app should be simple to use and fast to install ! Especially if you paid for it ..after trying many I found another free app that worked immediately!

Doesnt work give me back my cents

This app has not been updated in many years and will not work on my phone with IOS 10. It should be removed from the app store.

Perhaps you might take the time to actually list the requirements under "requirements." I downloaded this thing just to find out that, buried in the fine print, it says "for mac only." Morons.

Nice try, but it does not work well, it is to slow and it does not respond all the times, to bad is a good idea but not working yet.

WHEN I BUOGHT IT I READ ALL THE TEXT AND DIDNT SAID ANYTHING THAT IT DONT WORK ON WINDOWS.

This is way better than Apples app. You can change slides just by tapping! The pointer feature is really handy and works well too. I love this app - its exactly what I want on a remote.

I LOVE this app! I bought this one first bc it was the cheapest, but after trying all the expensive ones I always come back to this one. It is the only one with a pointer so I dont have to have a laser pointer in one hand and my phone in the other. Works better than laser pointers that die halfway thru presentations despite having just changed the battery. My only request is I would like to view the next complete slide so I remember where my lecture is going and Ill be free from the computer screen completely! Thanks for a great app!

This software does not work with the orientation... when the description said it "takes practice" I wonder if that meant the developer needs to practice? This is not worth .99 in my opinion. I really want my money back.

Ive been in need of a great working PP remote app for my iphone and out of the "popular" ones ive tried this one is by far the best. With its latest update (so you can now see slides on the iphone screen) it pushes this app to the top and is a steal at $.99. I can also use this as an app for my computer as a point ( this is kind of accidental but works great). The biggest feature I would like added is the ability to view and use this in landscape mode. I use video in my PPs and this is the only app that does not get stuck when it plays. YAY for this app!

This is one of the best iPhone apps out there. Ive had an oppertunity to use it with keynote and it works as advertised. It is so useful to have during presentation. Much better then an standard remote. Its like having a remote and laser pointer built into your iPhone. Lots of useful features. Practice with it until fully comfortable before using it on a lecture. NEED MORE CURSORS THOUGH.

Hey, nice work on this... I just gave a presentation at a conference that my boss called a "home run" partly thanks to your app. I downloaded this the night before and without too much trouble (except when the buttons at the bottom went away and Im not sure how they came back) I got it working with Pages 08. Great idea and great work, best wishes.

This does not work unless you have the newest version of keynote...I spent money then found this out. Too bad they did not take the time to disclose this at the time of purchase. That would have been honorable.

I really do not understand who says this application does not work. I use constantly and is just fantastic! You do not need to use any laser pointer anymore and is even better if you are presenting in multiple screens. Also they have a great support, I had a little setting issue and got an answer and resolution right away.

Great! takes a little practice but is worth it

This product works ok, but you will have to download another program for the computer you are using it on/with. Also it does not have a preview of the slide you are on. It would be nice to see the slide you are on as well as the next slide. This would really make it worth while. But for .99 cents, what do you expect?
